About Us

Kar-Tas was established in 1986, and has been a Tasmanian owned and operated business for over 30 years, we hold large stocks of machines, accessories, spare parts and specialist cleaning chemicals. We also carry out all service and warranty work state-wide, in our own workshops or on site with our service vans, staffed by trained technicians. 

The German Karcher company is the largest manufacturer of high pressure cleaners in the world and has accreditation as a quality endorsed company under AS 3902/ISO 9002. 

Kar-Tas has an Office situated in Hobart and Launceston, and we pride ourselves on our friendly customer service, and after sales support.
